The New PN Air Cushion Machine Development

Conceived and designed a brand-new kind of PN air cushion machine which has the buffer function. Realized the function of packs of cigarettes steady decline from high to low and been stored then released to the packing machine.Firstly, the article made the overall design of PN air cushion machine, analyzed the functional requirements according to the production requirements, definite design ideas, inspired by the astronaut escape tower, established its working principle that by using the air in the cavity as buffer medium to make cigarettes decline from high to low. Combed the working process of PN air cushion machine. Then, made detailed design of each part structure and the actuator of PN air cushion machine, designed pneumatic device to stop the cigarettes, the organic glass channel, the side clamping device and the exhaust device, and then made the selection of motor and electric control device, established the control process of PN air cushion machine and the processing method of system abnormal. At last, tested the performance of PN air cushion machine, solved the problems such as:cigarettes been stuck in cigarette pusher, cigarette’s packaging which is prone to scratches, large noise and the problem of cigarette quality defects, cigarette picker is easy to wear out.Make use the opportunity of enterprise’s 11th five-year plan, with the creative design and the manufacturer’s custom-made, the newly PN air cushion machine’s function is beyond the expectations completely and been widely used in a lot of tobacco factories.The PN air cushion machine as a new type of high speed, high efficiency equipment, overcomes the deficiency of the old down equipments, has good mechanical performance and using performance. It is programmable with the function of automatic control and freedom to choose a channel. Packs of cigarette fall down with the protect of air cushion and been stored then released. It enhances the speed of cigarette’s falling down with the advantage of energy saving, low noise, easy to maintenance and transparent appearance. The PN air cushion machine is the development direction of cigarettes automatic conveying system at present and for the future.
