Design Of Automatic Control System For Loading Flat Coal Equipment In Coal Preparation Plant

In today’s era of rapid economic development,Heavy industry still needs to lay a solid foundation in the course of adjustment of industrial structure of China.Due to that coal is the energy base of heavy industry and demand is also growing,Coal loading station to act as coal Sinotrans is particularly important.With the improvement of industrial technology and management,especially in computer systems,PLC control,sensors,meters,such as the rapid development of technology,requirements for loading of centralized control system of coal preparation plant improved and traditional loading coal in coal preparation plant of the controlled management processes need to be improved and adjusted.Based on modern technology,following the loading of coal preparation plant of flat coal control requirements,to Yang Quan coal mine in Shanxi province coal loading station for the study,study for automatic loading system in coal preparation plant.In-depth analysis of the failure mechanism of coal coal-loading process of peace,discussion problems in loading,loading coal restructuring program proposed.Also,using advanced Visual detection,and configuration interface and PLC control technology,solve the original station during manual operation accuracy,efficiency of operation,low labor intensity,construction conditions and high-risk situations.On the analysis of loading and control measures on the basis of,comprehensive description of the composition of coal automatic load leveling system and control program.Main completed work for: using computer image recognition technology,established quantitative auxiliary loaded coal Visual detection system,avoid put coal too much or insufficient;design coal identifies automatically spray device;using can programming control software(PLC)and sensing technology achieved loading flat coal and spray device of control;through MCGS group State software established loading flat coal site group State control interface,achieved real-time monitoring and records loading information.The eventual establishment of automatic loading control system for coal,automatically locate,in the loading process quantitative loading,data acquisition,control,operation and monitoring of the work to achieve accurate and fast loading.
