In recent years,composite wood flooring is becoming popular in the market as recycling of wood with the enhancement of people's environmental views.Wood flooring industry processing pressure soared with the increasing demand for wood flooring.As wood processing industry is a typical labor-intensive industry and labor costs in China has rapidly grown in recent years,wood flooring industry has to realize the development of automatic production.In order to solve the problem of low degree of automation in wood flooring industry,this paper has carried out the research on plate automatic feeding equipment.At the same time there will appear the case of plate bonding in the process of using automatic feeding equipment,so the plate adhesion and separation problems were studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the floor base material automatic feeding and the comparison of the various kinds of coordinate manipulator,the mechanical structure of this paper was determined.The mechanical structure of the automatic feeding equipment is designed in detail,including the end of the plate manipulator,the vacuum system,the horizontal and vertical motion components.Finally,the 3D model was built and the material was processed and assembled.The hardware of the control system is selected based on the analysis of the control system requirements of automatic feeding equipment,including the PLC,the sensor of each position,the implementation of components control elements and humancomputer interface selection.At the same time,the method of identifying the material exhaustion and the layer number of the grabbed plate are studied.After distribute the I/O port of PLC,design electrical control system wiring diagram and complete the production of electrical control cabinet.Finally,the software of the control system was designed.The ladder diagram was completed after analyzing the flow chart of the automatic feeding manipulator and configuring the motion control and the humancomputer interaction interface.Enable the machine to function as preset properly through on-site commissioning.According to the actual situation,this paper established the mechanical model of thin plate bonding and analyzed he failure condition of the adhesive structure based on analysis of causes of wood flooring substrate adhesion.According to the reason of plate adhesion,the separation method and the specific separation device were determined.After micro deformation method for separating plate determined,the theoretical calculation method for the large deflection of thin plate bending was introduced which the displacement,stress and strain of each point can be calculated.Finally,the deformation effect of the plate separation device was analyzed through the software simulation proving the micro deformation effect from designed deformation device.The adhesion and separation of sheet metal were studied through the field test.It was concluded that the success rate when using the manipulator without separation device by experimental study.At the same time,the change of adhesion force with the sheet stacking height could be qualitatively counted.The adhesion force of the plate was measured by the weight sensor,and the change curve of the suction force could be obtained.Then the separating force required in the process of sheet separation could be inferred.It could be concluded that the adhesive force varies with the stacking height based on the statistical data of the separation force per grab.Experimental study on the success rate of manipulator with separation device was carried out.And the separation effect of the separating device was verified comparing with the common manipulator.Finally,a set of automatic feeding equipment with simple structure and reliable operation was obtained through the research and efforts of this paper.At the same time the adhesion and separation of plates was studied,and a new sheet separation device was obtained.Through simulation analysis and experiment study on the separation effect,we could know that the separating device method has a good separating effect.Therefore,the problem of sticking plate in automatic feeding was solved.
