| With the development and transformation of domestic economy,the field of ecological civilization construction has received continuous high attention.All kinds of environmental protection enterprises are emerging,the industry is developing rapidly,and the competition among enterprises is fierce.As an environmental protection enterprise engaged in water environment governance,ZD Company has the advantages of technical support and resource incline from the existing parent company Z Ecological Group.In order to occupy a leading position in the industry and achieve strategic goals,the requirements for enterprise performance evaluation are constantly raised.At present,there are many problems in the performance evaluation system of ZD company,which leads to its failure to play the role of guidance,evaluation and prediction due to performance evaluation work,which is not conducive to improving the management ability and changing management thinking,and has a negative impact on the sustainability of enterprise development.Through investigation and analysis,this paper collected the actual information of the performance evaluation system of ZD company.After analysis and collation,it found that the current performance evaluation system of ZD company had some problems,such as failing to reflect the company’s strategic orientation,unreasonable index selection,poor evaluation supervision feedback mechanism and unsatisfactory application of performance evaluation results.These problems make the performance evaluation of ZD company unable to measure its actual business performance scientifically,nor can it stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,which is not conducive to the development of the enterprise.Then,based on the principle of solving existing problems,combined with the actual operation of ZD company,the BSC theory is introduced to help build a new performance evaluation system,select the performance evaluation indicators that are more in line with the development of the enterprise,select and verify the performance evaluation indicators from the organizational level and employee level respectively,divide the indicators and calculate the weight value with the analytic hierarchy process.Design a set of performance evaluation system in line with the actual operation of ZD company.Finally,from the ideological level,personnel organization level,system level and information system guarantee four aspects of the BSC performance evaluation system,put forward the safeguard measures to make the BSC performance evaluation system more reasonable and feasible.This paper hopes to build a scientific performance evaluation system for ZD company to improve its management level and help it achieve its strategic goals,and also hopes to provide some reference for other environmental protection enterprises in performance evaluation. |
