| With the development of China’s economy and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demands on bulk consumer goods has become more and more diversified and personalized.For manufacturers,the multi-variety and small-batch production corresponding to such demand bring both opportunities and challenges compared with the traditional mass production of single variety.Aiming at the multi-variety compatibility and small-batch on-demand production problems in the riveting production of range hood fan cabinets,this paper designed a flexible riveting automatic production system based on industrial robots to solve related problems.Firstly,the Paper investigated the development status and development trend of smoke exhaust ventilator and industrial robot.The application of industrial robots in various industries has been very mature.At the current stage,the development space of domestic smoke exhaust ventilator at the current stage is huge,and the market competition is fierce,therefore,it is imperative for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Then,the Paper introduced the development and related basic theoretical knowledge of flexible production technology and rivetless riveting technology.The main work of the Paper includes:1.For the issue of multi-variety compatibility,the mechanically designed adjustable clamps are adopted to realize the clamping of various kinds of plates;the riveting of multi-variety plates is realized through the programming of different trajectory paths of the robot,so as to realize the compatible riveting and quick model-exchange production of different hoods.2.For the problems of complicated traditional IO wiring and unstable performance of the control system,advanced Profinet field bus technology is adopted to simplify the circuit,reduce time delay,improve the system stability and reduce the maintenance difficulty in later stage.3.For program running stability,the modular programming method is adopted,and each function of the control system is written into different program function modules,thus providing clear control logic,improving the system stability,and providing the possibility for subsequent program portable and reuse.4.Compliance verification of the technical specifications of the system and performance verification of the finished products.The Paper carried out result validation after system design and device assembly.Through a series of practical verification and analysis,it is determined that the system meets the requirements of various technical specifications.Then some destructive tests are carried out on the finished products after riveting,the measurement and analysis results indicate that the shearing strength reaches 1914 N,far exceeding the value of 1000 N stipulated in the technical requirements,and the tensile strength reaches 700 N.All in all,the performances of the finished products fully meet the use requirements.Therefore,the design of the entire system is scientific and reasonable and can be applied in actual production.Finally,the Paper summarized the entire article and provided the prospect. |
