As the basic elements of life system,chiral substances are an important part of the origin of life.They are widely used in asymmetric catalysis,asymmetric synthesis,medicine,biology and other aspects.Therefore,artificial synthesis of chiral molecules has attracted great attention of researchers in related fields in recent years.In order to expand the types of chiral molecules and the application range of chiral molecules,this paper designed and synthesized a series of compounds with chiral properties,and studied their application in chiral recognition and color changing materials.This paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)A series of small molecular compounds with chiral oxazoline groups were synthesized from indiocyanic anhydride and dansulfonyl chloride as substrates induced by chiral amino alcohols.This series of compounds with chiral oxazoline groups as the main part identification,the metal cation and 7 kinds of amino acid enantiomers recognition carried on the thorough discussion,find the series of chiral compounds as small molecular fluorescent sensors and Cd2+synergy of malic acid and camphor sulfonic acid has the effect of selective recognition,ef value were 5.02 and-6.61 respectively.(2)A series of helical polymers containing chiral oxazoline side groups were designed and synthesized.The structures of the polymers were characterized by NMR,infrared spectrum,ultraviolet spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and gel permeation chromatography The molecular weight distribution and optical properties of Poly-(R)-6 were characterized.The aggregation induced luminescence of Poly-(R)-6in water and tetrahydrofuran mixtures and the recognition of different amino acid enantiomers by Poly-(R)-6 as chiral fluorescent probes were investigated.The results showed that Poly-(R)-4 had a good recognition effect on focal glutamate,and the fluorescence response ef value of the polymer was as high as-10.466.(3)Using R-/S-BINOL as chiral source,three chiral binaphthol derivatives R/S-2,2’-dibutoxy-N,N-diphenyl-[1,1’-binaphthalen]-6-amine(DDBA)were synthesized by introducing strong electron-giving side group diphenyl-dimethyl-benzidine and carbazole into position 6 of one aromatic ring,respectively.R-2,2’-dibutoxy-N,N-di-m-tolyl-[1,1’-binaphthalen]-6-amine(DMBA)and R-9-(2,2’-dibutoxy-[1,1’-binaphthalen]-6-yl)-9H-carbazole(DBCA),and the DDBA,DMBA and DBCA photochemical behavior carried on the thorough research.
