Chiral substances often play a very important role in life systems,such as the proteins that make up the basic tissues and organs of organisms,bear the DNA for the transmission and expression of genetic information in organisms,sugars that provide energy for organisms,etc.In order to greatly expand the types of new chiral functional materials and their possible application prospects,a series of polymers containing chiral oxazoline side groups were designed and synthesized in this paper.Chiral oxazolines have the following advantages:1.Stable structure;2.Strong coordination sites;3.Simple preparation method;4.Can be used as"capture molecules"in chiral recognition;5.Has certain steric hindrance characteristics?one of the necessary conditions for forming a helical polymer?.In summary,based on these advantages,a series of compounds with chiral oxazoline functional groups in the side groups were designed and synthesized,and their applications in electrochemical sensing and asymmetric polymerization were further studied.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of the following parts:?1?A kind of fluorene derivative monomer with chiral oxazoline on the side group was synthesized,that is?S?-2-?9-propylene,9-propyne-fluoren-2-yl?-4-tert-butyl-4,5-Dihydrooxazoline,polymerized with THF as solvent under the catalyst chloronorbornadiene[Rh?nbd?Cl]2and investigated the electrochemical enantiomers of the chiral polymer Application in identification,and the ability of the polymer-modified glassy carbon electrode to recognize the enantiomer of valinol was also explored.?2?Three non-chiral monomers of 9,9-dipropynylfluorene and derivatives are prepared,namely 9,9-dipropynylfluorene?DPYF?,2-acetyl-9,9-dipropynylfluorene?ADPF?and 2-?9H-dipropyne-fluoren-2-yl?-4-phenyl-4,5-dihydrooxazoline?DPDH?and three chiral monomers?S?-2-?9-dipropyne-fluoren-2-yl?-4-isopropyl-4,5-dihydrooxazoline,?R?-2-?9-dipropyne-fluoren-2-yl?-4-isopropyl-4,5-dihydrooxazoline,?S?-2-?9-dipropyne-fluoren-2-yl?-4-tert-butyl-4,5-dihydrooxazole Morpho.The copolymerization reaction of chiral monomers and achiral monomers in different ratios and the chiral properties of the copolymers were studied under the action of catalysts.And according to various characterization results,the relationship between the properties of the copolymer and the"Sergeantsand-Soldiers Rules"was discussed.?3?Five kinds of malononitrile monomers with chiral oxazoline on the side groups were synthesized,namely?R?/?S?-1?-C?CH3?3?and?S?-2?-CH2PH??R?/?S?-3?-CH?CH3?2?.Under the action of the catalyst TMED-Cu Cl,the oxidative coupling polymerization of monomers and the optical properties of the polymerization products were studied under different conditions?solvent,temperature and catalyst ratio?.From the characterization data,the following conclusions can be drawn.We have discussed various polymers with different side groups through various experimental characterization data.Such polymers may be used in chiral sensing and asymmetric catalysis in the future.
