Accounting And Analysis Of The Total Value Of Ecological Products Of Farmland Ecosystems In Heilongjiang Province Counties

According to the"Accounting for Gross Ecological(Trial)"(DB11/T 2059-2022)issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in conjunction with the National Bureau of Statistics,there is an urgent need to explore the construction of the evaluation system and accounting for the total value of ecological products(GEP)of administrative regional units.In this paper,we take three pilot projects in Heilongjiang Province to account for the gross value of ecological products,namely,Yi’an County,Suibin County,and Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group 853 Farms Limited(hereinafter referred to as 853Farms).Parameter localization of three categories and nine indicators of the farmland ecosystem accounting index system for accounting and analysis of the county’s(farm)gross ecological product in 2020.To provide a theoretical basis and reference for the study of ecological performance assessment and ecological compensation mechanism in the county(farm).The main findings are as follows:(1)Accounting for the total value of farmland eco-products of Yi’an County,Suibin County and 853 Farms in Heilongjiang Province in 2020 in the order of Yi’an County(RMB2946,152,600)>Suibin County(RMB 206,586,600)>853 Farms(RMB 761,123,400);The order of gross value of ecological products per unit area is 853 farms(1,114,200 yuan/km~2)>Yian County(1,020,900 yuan/km~2)>Suibin County(842,600 yuan/km~2).(2)3 pilot counties(farms)material supply value size in the order of Yi’an County(256.10520million yuan)>Suibin County(180.25742 million yuan)>853 farms(635.2923 million yuan).The size of the value of the reconciliation service is Yian County(351,920,700 yuan)>Suibin County(229,307,400 yuan)>853 farms(118,712,100 yuan).The value of cultural services in order of magnitude is Suibin County(33.7 million yuan)>Yian County(33.18 million yuan)>853 farms(7.19 million yuan).(3)3 pilot counties(farms)material supply unit area value size in order of 853 farms(930,000 yuan/km~2)>Yi’an County(873,700 yuan/km~2)>Suibin County(734,600 yuan/km~2).The size of the value of the regulating service unit area is in the order of 853 farms(173,800yuan/km~2)>Yi’an County(135,900 yuan/km~2)>Suibin County(93,400 yuan/km~2).The order of the value of tourism and recreation unit area is Suibin County(14,600 yuan/km~2)>Yi’an County(11,300 yuan/km~2)>853 farms(10,400 yuan/km~2).(4)The factors affecting the GEP of farmland ecosystems in the three pilot areas were analyzed,and preliminary suggestions for countermeasures to enhance the gross value of county farmland ecosystems were made.
