Research On 3D Printing Sports Shoe Design Based On The Long March Culture

Currently,with the development of China’s cultural industry,new requirements for the development of red culture have been put forward.The Long March culture occupies an important position in the treasure trove of red culture,containing rich spiritual connotations.The design of Long March cultural and creative products helps to inherit red culture.The purpose of this study is to explore the innovative inheritance method of "Long March Culture+New Technology" using the emerging industry 3D printing sports shoes as the medium,study the system design method of Long March Culture series sports shoes,and conduct design practice to verify feasibility.Based on the national red education policy for young people,targeting young users,quantitative and qualitative analysis of users was conducted through questionnaire surveys.The design attributes of Long March cultural series sports shoes were divided based on the three-level analysis method of material,context,and artistic conception.The Kano questionnaire was used to quantify users’ preferences for different design attributes of Long March cultural series sports shoes,and corresponding design strategies were proposed.On this basis,the organic association of the three design elements of the Long March culture,sports shoes and 3D printing technology was carried out,and the design method model of the 3D printing sports shoes system based on the Long March culture was built,forming the basic method framework of "determining cultural themes-extracting cultural elements-transforming into design symbols-cross applying design symbols,carrier elements,3D printing technology-3D evaluation design scheme".During this period,the dominant and recessive Gene pool of the Long March culture was established based on the DNA theory,and the AHP method was used to rank the importance of the Long March cultural factors to assist in the application of the Long March cultural elements.Then,according to the design method model,we completed the design practice of 3D printing sneakers based on the Long March culture,contacted the 3D printing enterprises to carry out the application of 3D printing technology in sneakers,involving the porous structure of the midsole,the decoration of the vamp,etc.,and used Shoemaker to carry out the design of three sports shoes with the theme of the Long March culture,namely,"Flying to Luding Bridge","Climbing Snow Mountain",and "Crossing the Grassland",and conducted user questionnaires and expert evaluations,And the bending test of the 3D printing midsole to verify the feasibility of the method model.The "Design Method of 3D Printing Sports Shoe System Based on the Long March Culture" of this project explores the modern combination method of red genes and emerging industries,providing a design template for other red cultural clothing series and innovating the Long March cultural inheritance path.
