| Scientific and perfect safety culture is an important guarantee to the safety development, construction of safety culture system has great significance to the safety in the production of enterprises, the construction of safety culture is an important part of enterprise safety management, and it is also the embodiment of the soft power of the enterprises safety management. Enterprise staff studies the safety culture and standardizes their production behavior, it can safeguard the economic interests of the enterprise and the staffs personal safety only in this way.This paper firstly combed the study of the theory of the safety culture, summarized the concept of enterprise safety culture and enterprise safety culture system, we introduce the connotation of safety culture system and the importance of safety in production of enterprises. Based on the research of the theory combined with the current situation of the construction of safety culture, and the T company put forward the necessity of T company safety culture construction, and put forward the inductive current existing problems of safety culture system.Based on the precious experience of domestic and foreign well-known enterprise safety culture construction research, we put forward the T company safety culture system to establish the principle of T company safety culture system and put forward the construction of six modules, and introduce the company’s safety culture construction method from different angles, on the basis of which the frame structure of the safety culture system.This paper that puts forward the enterprise safety culture is an important project of "people-oriented", to fully respect employees’ safety, in the process of the construction of safety culture, we use incentives to cultivate employees’ safety consciousness, improve the quality of the security and the ability to solve the problem.In this paper, according to the construction of safety culture of the advanced theory both at home and abroad combined with the current situation of the construction of safety culture, and the T company using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate, according to the evaluation results of T company we put forward feasible suggestions for the construction of safety culture and further guide the construction of T company’s safety culture. |
