| Mother and babies’ shops have sprung up since 2016 because of the two-children policy opened fully,which has ushered in fierce competition.With the development of more than 20 years,China’s mother and babies’ industry is still in the early stage.There are many problems here such as management irregularities,low quality of practitioners,low degree of standardization,unequal supply and demand relations,high development costs,lack of the talented,financing difficulties and so on.As a mother and babies’ chain in Jiangxi Province,the difficulties exist in our company in the process of the development.The paper will combine the strategy management theory,mother and babies’ industry environmental analysis with the factual condition of the commercial company to analyze and develop a suitable strategy for the firm.First of all,Starting from the background and significance of research,we determine a strategy by analyzing review and comment of related theories in this paper.Then,with the help of PEST analysis,we analyze the environmental condition of mother and babies’ industry,and we also analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats our company face through SWOT analysis.Additionally,we analyze various competitive elements in our company in this paper by using the Porter Five Forces Model.What’s more,we develop a strategy for the commercial company,define our responsibilities,plan our company’s vision and determine our strategic location and strategic targets in this paper.Finally,the strategy of the trading company“Childhood” should implement decision-making mechanism,improve the internal control degree,rebuild the information system and construct the enterprise culture as the support system.It is clearly defined that financial management guarantee,human resources guarantee,commodity management guarantee and operation management guarantee are the functional guarantee of the childhood trading company strategy.This study determines that the business company “Childhood” apply growth-oriented strategy and diversification strategy,makes full use of industry development opportunities,vigorously develops mother and babies’ direct stores and franchise stores to seize market share,through specialization,standardization,simplicity to achieve the rapid development of mother and babies’ chain.Moreover,we will improve our core competitiveness by developing service business and consulting business.Development strategy of mother and babies’ chain is a very attractive hot spot for the industry in the early stages of the enterprise.This study has a certain degree of relevance to the development of mother and babies’ chain stores,and has a certain reference significance for mother and babies’ chain enterprises. |
