Heilongjiang British Union Gas Co.,Ltd.is committed to the development and operation of clean energy in the whole province.At present,it is mainly engaged in natural gas transmission and distribution and marketing.With the approval of the government,the United Kingdom has experienced 7 years of development.Our company has now invested in 11 subsidiaries and has obtained the franchise of 9 cities for 30 years.At this stage,although the company has achieved the stage of the expansion of the phase of the victory,but facing a relatively chaotic business model,the lack of professional and technical personnel,the core competitiveness is not strong,and so on.At the same time,the company is faced with the external Gas Co competition,the threat of gas substitute development and the fluctuation of gas price,so the future development of the company will be greatly challenged.Therefore,it is very important for the company to clarify the internal and external development environment,find out its own strengths and weaknesses,and formulate strategies that are suitable for the development of the company.Based on this,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the strategic management of the company by using the strategic management theory and method,taking Heilongjiang British Union Gas Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,the current situation of the company’s development and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Through the introduction of the company’s development process,organizational structure,human resources and equity relations,the company’s internal development business types,business status,business performance and the company’s operation management process are thoroughly analyzed,and the internal ring is from the internal circle.The problems faced by the company are pointed out and corresponding reasons are analyzed.Then this paper analyzes the external strategic environment,mainly analyzes the macro environment analysis including policy,economy and technology,the current situation of Heilongjiang gas industry and the competitive environment,and points out the influence of the external strategic environment on the development of the company.Then we choose the companystrategy and formulate the corresponding strategy through the company SWOT analysis.Based on the selection principles and ideas of the company strategy,we make quantitative analysis of the strategy formulated and choose the most suitable strategy for company development.Finally,it demonstrates the implementation of company strategy,including short-term and long-term strategic implementation plan.Combined with the company’s present situation and strategic objectives,it puts forward the feasible implementation strategy.
