| This paper takes the leading Z chemical engineering company in the coal-to-liquids industry as the research object,and the development strategy to solve the current business problems of the enterprise as the research problem,and studies the development strategy of the engineering design enterprise in the chemical industry.Through the use of PEST analysis,Porter’s "five forces" model,SWOT analysis method,QSPM evaluation matrix,enterprise strategic management theory,etc.,the internal and external environment of Z Engineering Company was comprehensively analyzed,and the internal and external key factors were summarized and formulated.The strategic combination of “business development,technology leadership and internationalization” was selected as the development strategy of the company.This paper has carried out a complete strategic management process for Z Chemical Engineering Company from strategic analysis,strategic selection and strategic implementation.First,through internal and external environmental analysis,it is found that enterprises have a single main business,high operating costs,unsound management system,large loss of talents,limited coal-to-liquids market,rising cost of coal chemical projects,reduced market space,and increasingly competitive industries and intense issues and threats.At the same time,the company has industry-leading core technologies,rich project experience,and sound corporate qualifications.It also has good development opportunities in the context of product upgrades,energy reforms,and “One Belt,One Road”.Secondly,through strategic analysis and selection tools,combined with the company’s vision,mission and development goals,it proposes a strategic combination suitable for Z engineering company’s development strategy should be technology leadership,business development,internationalization,through the combination of the three to ensure Z engineering company can survive and develop in the fierce market competition.Finally,according to the results of the strategic choice,the “business development” strategy,the “technical leading” strategy,the “internationalization strategy” related promotion measures.In the optimization and expansion of the talent team,adjustment and improvement of the management system and internal control system,improve the integration and streamlining of information systems,strengthen the corporate culture and other aspects of the proposed functional layer of safeguards. |
