Mine gas drainage directional kilometer drilling rig is mainly used in the construction of directional drilling in all kinds of projects,such as underground gas drainage,grouting fire prevention,coal seam water injection,coal seam thickness,outburst and pressure relief,geological exploration and so on.Based on the key research and development plan of Shanxi Province,"key technology research and application of 15000 intelligent directional kilometer drilling rig for mine gas drainage",this paper develops a digital design platform of drilling rig based on Creo.The platform integrates parametric design,automatic management of parts and automatic assembly of components,which greatly improves the design efficiency of drilling rigs.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the design idea of drilling rig,formulate the process of parametric design of drilling rig,define the relevant parameters,components and design standards of drilling rig design,and build a development platform based on Creo.(2)The parameter definition and parametric design process of the parts are studied.The platform can automatically calculate and check the corresponding parameters such as the characteristic size and constraint size of the parts when the user input the working condition through the user interface.Taking the design of gearbox as an example,the optimum parameter model of parts under this working condition is automatically generated by NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm,which improves the design efficiency.(3)By analyzing the assembly process,determine the type of assembly constraints,adjust the position of the model,and automatically obtain the model features of the assembly object.Using the method of automatic recognition of current feature information and adding corresponding assembly constraints,this paper takes the assembly of drilling rig as an example to solve the problem of feature selection in the process of automatic assembly of complex parts and improve the accuracy and efficiency of assembly.(4)Based on the MySQL database,build the database model of parts,the user can be realized in the database size parameters of the model characteristic changes,according to the part information inside the database,set up automated quotation system,in accordance with the product price in the database,and automatically calculate the total price of drilling rig,speed up the enterprise’s offer.According to the requirements of the enterprise,the engineering drawing template and Bill of Material are established,and the 3D model of drilling machine is used to generate the 2D engineering drawing through the transformation of position and proportion matrix,which improves the design efficiency of engineering drawing.
