Abstract/Summary:
The hydraulic support for mining is the structure that controls the mine pressure of the coal mining face.It protects the life safety of coal miners to the greatest extent in the project.The hydraulic pipelines connect the various components in the hydraulic support to realize the operation of the entire equipment,and control.The quality of hydraulic pipeline is very important to the reliability of mining hydraulic support.In hydraulic piping design,piping layout is the focus of research.With the advancement of computer-aided design,the design of piping layout has changed from two-dimensional to three-dimensional.However,the existing pipeline layout methods have problems such as cumbersome design,low efficiency,high requirements for designers,and imprecise pipeline layout.And the existing 3D CAD software can’t provide a direct and effective solution.In order to solve the above problems,this paper carries out the secondary development of CAD software.On the Creo platform,Creo/Toolkit,UDF,Visual Studio and SQLite database were used to jointly develop the hydraulic pipeline layout system for mining hydraulic supports,and Qt was used to develop a human-computer interface.Designers can use this system to quickly and efficiently complete the import of parts in the parts library,the assembly of parts and joints,the generation of pipelines,and the modification of pipelines.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Parts warehousing.Draw standard parts as required.Use Qt to make man-machine interface.Realize system,interface and database connection through Creo/Toolkit tool and database interface in Creo.(2)Parts assembly.Solve the positioning and constraint problems faced by parts in the assembly process,and use the Creo/Toolkit interface to achieve semi-automatic assembly of parts and joints.(3)Pipeline generation.Collect the data points required to generate the pipeline,and use the UDF tool in Creo to generate the NURBS curve through the collected data points;when the generated pipeline does not meet the requirements,modify the pipeline;after the pipeline modification is completed,the offset information before and after the pipeline modification is displayed for the user.(4)Pipeline generation.When a pipeline that meets the design requirements is obtained,use the UDF tool in Creo to scan the pipeline to generate the pipeline;after the pipeline is generated,use the Creo/Toolkit interface to name the pipeline and read the pipeline length.After testing,the hydraulic piping layout system of the hydraulic support for mining meets the design requirements of the enterprise.After application,it improves the design efficiency in production and simplifies the design process of piping layout,which has been recognized by the enterprise.
