| The construction industry is one of the main industries of the national economy,but at this stage,it is facing severe problems such as low production efficiency,lagging management methods,tightening safety situation,and serious waste of resources,and it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of economic and social development for building products in the new era,which also restricts the sustainable development of the construction industry.At present,China is in a period of economic transformation and rapid urbanization,and the construction industry is facing unprecedented challenges,but also presents rare opportunities.Therefore,in the new stage of development,the construction industry should change the previous development ideas and achieve sustainable industrial development.Under the background of the new development concept,combined with sustainable development theory and system theory,the sustainable development of China’s construction industry is studied.First,build an evaluation index system for the sustainable development of China’s construction industry system.A sound index system can guide the development of China’s construction industry from multiple angles,which is conducive to China’s construction industry to quickly lock in the future development direction and development goals,so that China’s construction industry from the beginning to the end on the road of sustainable development.Based on the relevant theoretical basis and drawing on the existing research results,the preliminary selection index system for the sustainable development of China’s construction industry was constructed,and then the generalized regression neural network screening model was used to further improve the preliminary index system constructed,and finally determined the sustainable development index system of China’s construction industry system.Second,establish an evaluation model.Using the sustainable development model,the sustainable development status of China’s construction industry from 2015 to 2021 was evaluated,and the results showed that since 2015-2021,China has basically been in the state of sustainable development of the construction industry,and the overall trend is stable and improving.Then,the causal feedback relationship analysis of the sustainable development system of China’s construction industry is carried out,and the causal feedback loop of China’s construction industry is obtained,so as to establish the SD model of China’s construction industry sustainable development system,borrowing this model to predict the sustainable development trend of China’s construction industry from 2022 to 2030,and the prediction results show that the coupling and coordination degree between various subsystems of China’s construction industry is generally on the rise,indicating that the degree of coordinated development of China’s construction industry subsystems is generally rising;The sustainable development of China’s construction industry is the first to rise,after 2025 is basically stable at 0.44,according to the spectrum of China’s construction industry sustainable development judgment standards,China’s construction industry will be in a strong sustainable development state for a long time in the future.Finally,the full text is summarized.Through the research process,the relevant factors in the development of China’s construction industry are revealed,which provides reference value for subsequent scholars to study the sustainable development of the construction industry.According to the evaluation and prediction results,it intuitively shows the current sustainable development level and future change trend of China’s construction industry,which is conducive to the government grasping the opportunity to regulate the construction industry system,and also provides a scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant policies in the future.Figure [14] table [21] reference [60]... |
