Employees are the constituent cells of an enterprise,and their career development directly affects the development of the enterprise.Therefore,companies should attach great importance to helping employees,guiding them to establish realistic career goals,and clarify personal career directions.This is also the main direction of enterprise human resource management.Through a brief introduction to career anchor theory,career development management theory,etc.,this article introduces the literature review method,questionnaire survey method and other in-depth mining information and data.It is hoped that the topic can be discussed in more depth.I hope the results of this article can provide reference for related research.First of all,this article starts with introducing the current situation of employee career development management of Z Coal Trading Company,and points out that the company has the problems of single career development channel for employees,low matching of personnel and posts,and the failure of the training system to achieve the expected results.Afterwards,it was found that the reasons for the above problems were the company's lack of awareness of the importance of career development management,the lack of institutionalization of job analysis,the lack of personnel evaluation links,and the lack of pertinence and long-term effectiveness of the training system.Secondly,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for Z Coal Trading Company's employee career development management optimization program from four aspects:establishing a double-step career development channel,strengthening job analysis,improving employee quality evaluation,and establishing a training mechanism oriented to employee career development management.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan,from the organizational aspect,we propose the understanding and support of the company's leaders,establish the employee career development management team,and strengthen the construction of corporate culture;from the institutional aspect,we propose to establish a career development channel to adapt to the performance system,establishment and career Develop a salary system suitable for the channel and improve the company's OAinformation management system.It is hoped that this research will help Z Coal Trading Company to effectively manage the career development of employees and achieve the goal of high-quality sustainable development of the company.
