The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of my country’s national economy and an important cornerstone to support the rapid development of the national economy.However,building construction has the characteristics of complex building structure,many open-air operations at high places,greatly affected by natural conditions,and complicated construction technology,which seriously hinders the long-term and stable development of the construction industry.How to reduce the number of production safety accidents in the construction industry has always been one of the topics we need to discuss deeply.In construction accidents,the accident severity of collapse accidents is much higher than that of other accident types.Once it occurs,it is easy to cause major or more accidents.Therefore,collapse accidents are the focus of prevention and control in the construction industry to curb the occurrence of major accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out risk management research on building construction collapse accidents.This paper takes the collapse accidents during the construction of houses and municipal engineering as the research object,relying on cloud model and BIM to analyze and prevent and control them.The specific research contents are as follows:First,4,100 construction accident cases were statistically analyzed,and the characteristics of accidents and the distribution characteristics of accident grades and accident types were summarized;for the collapse accidents with the highest severity among the larger and above accidents,the characteristics of collapse accidents were introduced,and the annual distribution of collapse accidents was analyzed.Statistical analysis of specific types of collapse accidents.Secondly,the collapse risk factors are identified from the relevant literature,accident causation theory,and accident statistical analysis,and the collapse risk assessment index system is constructed according to the corresponding principles.Each evaluation index is weighted by the interval analytic hierarchy process,and the obtained weight is applied to the cloud model risk assessment,and a cloud model-based building construction collapse accident risk assessment model is established.The established risk assessment model is applied to a project instance,combined with the specific situation of the project,the collapse risk level of the project and the level of each risk factor are obtained,and corresponding risk management and control measures are proposed according to the project risk assessment results.Finally,on the basis of risk assessment,BIM technology is applied to the process of risk management of building construction collapse accidents,and a collapse accident risk management system based on BIM technology is proposed,which includes dynamic construction simulation,safety education and training,risk monitoring and early warning,and safety technology disclosure.Four aspects to achieve the control of collapse risk factors,improve the level of construction risk management,reduce the probability of collapse accidents.
