With the advancement of urbanization,the construction industry is booming.Large-span and large-space buildings are favored by more and more people,and the structure of buildings is becoming more and more complex.High formwork support system as an important temporary structure in the process of concrete construction is widely used in the construction process of construction projects.However,in recent years,the collapse of high formwork support system has occurred frequently,causing heavy casualties and accompanied by huge property losses.Therefore,the effective assessment and management of the safety risk of high formwork support system construction is of great significance to reduce the incidence of such accidents and protect the safety of people’s lives and property.First of all,this paper sorts out and analyzes the collapse accidents of high formwork support system in recent years,and analyzes the accident law from the aspects of accident type,support frame type and accident occurrence time,The "2-4" model is used to analyze the causes of the accident from the aspects of direct causes,indirect causes,root causes and regulatory reasons,and to list the safety risks of high formwork support system;On this basis,the high formwork support system collapse accident model based on Bayesian network is constructed to evaluate the construction safety risk.Bayesian network is used to reason about existing uncertain knowledge and information,and the shortcomings of fault tree method in risk analysis are overcome,correct the event state from two-state to three-state,and modify the conditional probability.Using the two-way reasoning of Bayesian network and the ability to solve the common cause failure problem,calculate the probability of each risk event,so as to obtain the main influencing factors;At the same time,in view of the complexity and uncertainty of the high formwork construction process,a set of high formwork risk dynamic management processes is proposed,and effective prevention and control are implemented by taking corresponding countermeasures.Secondly,through literature analysis and research,the traditional mode of high formwork support system risk management cannot be targeted to pre-control the project in advance,and the management is passive and lagging.Based on the technical characteristics of BIM,the information management of high formwork is carried out,so as to establish and improve the dynamic management system of high formwork construction safety risk on the basis of risk assessment.And through the analysis of three modules: frame management,hidden danger management and inspection operation management,to achieve the combination of pre-prevention and in-process control,to achieve the purpose of dynamic management of key risk factors.Finally,taking a high-formwork construction project in a city as an example for empirical analysis,The results show that the safety risk assessment model of high formworkis scientific,reasonable,reliable,effective,and realistic,and the accuracy of the analysis results has also been greatly improved.And Through the application of BIM Technology,Internet of things and other information technology,the problems of high formwork design optimization,technical disclosure,hidden danger investigation and other problems are solved,and the management level of the construction site is effectively improved.
