Since the 1990 s,China has made great progress thanks to the demographic dividend.However,in recent years,black swan and grey rhino incidents occur frequently,the global macro economy is full of uncertainties,and the game between major powers has gradually intensified.Chinese enterprises are subject to western countries in some key technologies,research and development,equipment and other aspects.In view of this,the country has stepped up efforts to promote the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises.Among them,small and medium-sized enterprises,as a large number and the most dynamic group of enterprises,are an important foundation of China’s real economy,playing an important role in providing tax revenue,promoting employment,stabilizing people’s livelihood and active market economic structure.Therefore,in the construction of digital China under the background of basic national policy,how to make small and medium-sized enterprises better and digital achieve mastery through a comprehensive study,is not only the government "will",in fierce competition,innovation is not high,poor bargaining power of small and medium sized enterprises,is for survival and development and have to face the "proposition".Although most small and medium-sized enterprises have realized the need for digital transformation,But many companies are still subject to their own lack in capital and technology deficiencies,There are still some problems of being unwilling to turn,dare not turn,do not want to turn,and will not turn,This thesis is based on the enterprise transformation theory and the three-force model of the enterprise digital force,Combined with the internal data of the Haiyang company and the interviews with relevant managers,Analyzing the current survival and development environment of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the industry background of the Haiyang company,The drivers and specific paths of the transformation of small,medium and micro enterprises are discussed,And through the balanced scorecard theory to objectively evaluate its effect of digital transformation over the years,fully explore the significance and effectiveness of digital enabling micro,small and medium-sized enterprises transformation.At present,the related theoretical research of digital transformation is very hot,and new research emerges in an endless stream.This thesis combined with the theoretical research of scholars,Haiyang company digital transformation path embodied in agile,synergy and insight on three dimensions,and points out that the results of the three synergy can improve enterprise data acquisition,analysis and application ability and assign value,the research center in the digital transformation how to improve the enterprise ability,help enterprises to improve market competitiveness,complete the transformation and upgrading,better adapt to the rapid changes of digital economy society.Hope that in this thesis on the digital transformation of Haiyang company specific path and method,can give more small and medium-sized enterprises digital transformation road some enlightenment and reference,encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to seize the transformation opportunity,comprehensive digital transformation through design,research and development,manufacturing,etc,manpower,finance,marketing,supply,user experience,the whole process link,and then build up the enterprise production,operation,management,service of comprehensive digital ability system.
