Covalent organic framework is a kind of crystalline polymer which consists of C,H,O,N,P and other light elements connected by covalent bonds.It has the advantages of high specific surface area,adjustable aperture structure,stable structure,easy modification and so on.In this paper,based on the synthesis and modification of covalent organic skeleton,covalent organic skeleton supported catalyst was prepared and applied to the hydrogenation of nitrile rubber.The specific research contents are as follows:1.A three-dimensional covalent organic skeleton material was synthesized by solvothermal method.The effects of reaction solvent,acetic acid concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on the structure of the synthesized covalent organic skeleton were studied.The covalent organic skeleton supported catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.The effects of catalyst dosage,temperature and time on the hydrogenation of nitrile butadiene rubber were studied.The results showed that the catalyst had high catalytic hydrogenation activity for nitrile butadiene rubber,and the hydrogenation degree was up to 92.8%.2.By introducing sulfonic acid group or phosphoric acid group to study the precursor modification of covalent organic skeleton,the modified covalent organic skeleton supported catalyst was successfully prepared for hydrogenation of nitrile rubber.The results showed that the introduction of sulfonic acid group could improve the catalytic activity and the hydrogenation degree could reach 96.4%.3.The magnetic modification of covalent organic skeleton was studied,and the precursor was reacted with ferric oxide to prepare covalent organic skeleton with magnetic covalent shell structure.Covalent organic skeleton supported catalyst with magnetic core-shell structure was prepared by impregnation method.The experimental results show that the recovery rate of the supported catalyst after magnetic modification is greater than 99%,and the hydrogenation activity of the catalyst does not decrease.Improved economic benefits.
