| Metal-organic framework materials are a new class of porous materials with the advantages of simple preparation methods,diverse types,easy modification and ultra-high specific surface area.In this paper,starting from the structure and modification of metal-organic framework materials,it is applied to the hydrogenation of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR).The main research contents are as follows:1.The metal-organic framework material(MIL-101-NH2)was prepared by hydrothermal method,and the supported catalyst was prepared by impregnation method.The effects of temperature,time,catalyst dosage and bimetal ratio on NBR hydrogenation were studied.The results showed that the catalyst MIL-101-NH2@Rh has high catalytic activity and can obtain hydrogenated nitrile rubber with a hydrogenation degree of 94.2%.In addition,the synergistic effect of different Rh Ru loading ratios on the hydrogenation activity was studied,and the MIL-101-NH2@Rh Ru(2:1)catalyst showed higher catalytic activity.2.By introducing hydroxyl and phosphine groups,the surface modification of MIL-101-NH2support and its effect on the preparation of supported catalysts were investigated.The catalytic activity and recyclability of the modified catalyst for NBR hydrogenation were studied,and the results showed that the recyclability of the modified MOFs catalyst was improved.3.The effects of the addition of CDs and NH4F on the morphology and properties of MIL-101-NH2were studied,and the characterization was carried out by means of SEM and XRD.The results showed that the morphology of MOFs tends to be regular,the thermal stability of the MOFs increased and the hydrogenation activity decreased after the addition of CDs and NH4F.4.The one-step method was used to prepare noble metal node MOFs hydrogenation catalysts,and the effects of different noble metal salts and proportions on the structure and hydrogenation performance of noble metal node MOFs were mainly studied.The results show that with Rh as the noble metal node,when Rh:Cu=2:8,a regular octahedral vertex MOFs catalyst is formed,which is applied to the hydrogenation of soybean oil to obtain partially hydrogenated soybean oil with an iodine value of 47 g/100 g.Which is used for hydrogenation of nitrile rubber,HNBR with a hydrogen content of 95.2%was obtained,and the catalyst can be reused. |
