| In order to explore the application area of HNBR latex hydrogenated by diimide method, HNBR powder was prepared. Then 2 kinds of latex film were prepared by dipping process because of the self-crosslinking properties of HXNBR latex. Main tasks are as follow:1. A new type of powdered rubber was first prepared from hydrogenated nitrile rubber (PHNBR) by coagulation method. The PHNBR was blended with PVC and the mechanical properties, aging properties, low temperature brittleness were studied.2. N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone was grafted on the surface of SiO2 via free radical polymerization. Self-crosslinking hydrogenated carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber (HXNBR)/pvp-g-SiO2 film were obtained from HXNBR latex. The structure of pvp-g-SiO2 and HXNBR/pvp-g-SiO2 were confirmed by FTIR. The surface nitrogen of pvp-g-SiO2 and was detected by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The molecular weight of crosslinking points was tested by equilibrium swelling method. Hot air oven thermal aging also studied the corresponding oxidation resistance. The result illustrated that pvp-g-SiO2 gave the HXNBR good mechanical properties, hydrophilic, oxidation resistance. The pvp-g-SiO2 dispersed well in the HXNBR matrix. The mechanical properties were significantly improved when the filler loading was 15phr and there was hydrogen bond between HXNBR and pvp-g-SiO2.3. Due to the effect of surfactant SDBS, MWCNT dispersed well in HXNBR matrix. The HXNBR/MWCNT composite films were obtained. The mechanical properties, electrical properties, oxidation resistance of the composite films with different filler loading were studied. When the content of MWCNT was 0.5phr, there was a significant increase in tensile strength of the latex film. Simultaneously, the thermo-oxidative aging resistance was also greatly improved. We got the low percolation threshold when the content of MWCNT was 3phr. |
