With the rapid development of modern road transportation,road traffic safety has become an increasingly prominent problem.Every year,1.35 million people die from road traffic accidents worldwide,among which the traffic accident death rate in developing countries is more than 3 times that in developed countries.The road traffic safety situation in China is still grim.However,it is difficult to reduce accidents by passive safety means,so it is necessary to study and apply active safety technology to further reduce the occurrence of road safety accidents.This paper takes road traffic safety risk as the research object,combines risk theory with road traffic safety theory,and establishes a complete and efficient road traffic safety risk management system through risk source identification,risk source analysis,risk evaluation and risk prevention:1)Taking the statistical data of road traffic accidents in China as samples,risk identification method and risk index evaluation method are adopted to identify and analyze the risks,and the key sub-risk source structure of road traffic safety risks is obtained;2)On the basis of the initial road traffic safety risk source structure,the structural equation model of road traffic safety assessment is established.Based on the questionnaire survey data as samples,the influence effect of various risk sources and their sub-risk sources on road traffic safety risk is obtained,and the weight of each risk index is obtained through standardized calculation.3)Building a road traffic safety risk evaluation system based on cloud model,through the construction of road traffic safety risk value,modeling data was obtained from the traffic safety comprehensive service management platform,and finally verified by the example analysis the applicability and the rationality of the evaluation system,realize the fusion of structural equation model and cloud model on road traffic safety risk assessment;4)According to the results of risk identification and analysis,the countermeasures of each risk source are studied.Then,according to the results of risk evaluation,specific risk prevention and control schemes are formulated and a database of risk prevention and control schemes is constructed.The road traffic safety risk assessment system constructed in this study realizes the risk assessment of road traffic safety at the technical level,and provides a basis for effectively reducing road traffic accidents and taking scientific management measures.
