| Petrochemical production has inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful characteristics, it can bring great loss to people's lives and property when an accident happened.In order to reduce accident loss greatly, it attracts more emphasis to the emergency rescue system and the emergency capacity of accident.In this study, According to the basic principles of emergency rescue system, summing up some domestic and foreign research results of emergency capacity evaluation. On the basis of considering the elements and characteristics of the petrochemical enterprise emergency system,the emergency capacity comprehensive evaluation index system is established.The experts'scoring method and AHP(analytical hierarchy process) are applied to determine the weight coefficient of each index,and the theory of fuzzy maths is applied to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of emergency capability in petrochemical enterprise. Then, the established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is used to evaluate the emergency capability in one petrochemical enterprise comprehensively. Evaluation results agrees with the actual through the comparative analysis. The enterprise's existing weak links in emergency capability are found and some suggestions are proposed on the basis of evaluation. The evaluation results showed that the index system and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model in this article can be feasible and get better evaluation results of the effect. |
