| Lean production originated from the Toyota production method created by Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan.It is the production method after the single-piece small batch and Ford mass production line production method.It is recognized as the best management system in the industry.Just-in-time production is an important pillar of lean production.This "overall goal" requires the evaluation of the contribution of each department to improving the overall business performance.This general goal of Toyota’s production method reflects the basic idea of system science theory,that is,“The best idea of system function”.Value stream analysis is a typical improvement tool that can reflect the overall goal idea.In 2013,The State Tobacco Monopoly Administration issued the “Opinions of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration on Promoting Lean Management of Enterprises” to all units in the industry.The document pointed out that,in recent years,the industry has achieved rapid development by increasing cigarette production and improving product structure.However,the potential and speed of relying on the development of extension are difficult to maintain for a long time.The management foundation of the enterprise is not solid,and the key cost control tasks are arduous and adaptable.Lean management must be promoted in order to solve these problems,such as weak market capacity and low operational efficiency.This paper introduces the complicated equipmentlayout of K Cigarette Factory,analyzing the production plan and the production capacity of each section,obtaining the existing problems such as insufficient production capacity of production line and serious waste of production time.Using just-in-time production and relevant theories and tools,explore a "just-in-time production system based on push-pull combination" that is suitable for the production characteristics of K Cigarette Factory.The research content is as follows: The mathematical formulas for the highest and minimum stocks of tobacco storage,production takt,production equalization,quickly change-over,kanban management and so on.This achievement can provide reference for the manufacturing industry with similar characteristics.In view of the complex process design and equipment layout of K Cigarette Factory,the value stream analysis is discussed as a separate chapter.From the definition of customer value,identify non-value-added activities and waste,which can improvethe production efficiency. |
