| The proposal of the "dual carbon" target provides an important opportunity for the development of China’s steel industry.Graphite electrodes,as a core material,have received increasing attention,and the carbon industry has also ushered in new opportunities for development.Competition among carbon companies is becoming increasingly fierce,not only in terms of product quality and production capacity,but also in terms of product sales.Ultimately,this requires enterprises to effectively select and use talents.Recruitment is the first step in recruiting talents and its importance is self-evident.Longwei Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.,as a newly established mixed-ownership company,has encountered many problems in the recruitment of grass-roots employees due to its short development time,unfavorable geographical location,and greater constraints from shareholders.This has led to a mismatch between the recruited grass-roots employees and the overall development needs of the company.Optimizing the recruitment system for the company’s grass-roots employees and efficiently carrying out recruitment work is imperative to achieve stable and sustainable development for the company.This article focuses on the optimization of the recruitment system for grass-roots employees at Longwei Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.Firstly,it explains the concepts of grass-roots employees and recruitment system,and discusses the relevant theories of employee recruitment,as well as summarizes domestic and foreign related research situations.Secondly,it describes the basic situation of Longwei Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.,the basic situation of grass-roots employees,and the current situation of the recruitment system for grass-roots employees.Subsequently,using the questionnaire method and interview method,this study summarizes the problems existing in Longwei Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.’s recruitment system for grass-roots employees,including unclear recruitment needs,single recruitment methods,incomplete recruitment planning,non-standardized recruitment implementation process,and imperfect recruitment evaluation mechanism,and analyzes the reasons for these problems,mainly that the company has not formed a unified understanding of talent standards,recruitment work lacks innovation,the grass-roots human resource system is incomplete,the team construction of recruitment work is insufficient,and the company management has insufficient recognition of the importance of grass-roots human resources.Finally,based on relevant theories,this study proposes the basic ideas for optimizing the recruitment system for grass-roots employees at Longwei Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.,starting from the optimization design goals and principles.The optimization plan of the grass-roots employees recruitment system has been formulated,including establishing a recruitment team for grass-roots employees,improving the analysis of the recruitment needs for grass-roots employees,enriching the methods for recruiting grass-roots employees,refining the recruitment plan for grass-roots employees,optimizing the selection methods for grass-roots employees,and strengthening the evaluation process for recruitment of grass-roots employees.Moreover,the study sets up safeguards such as enterprise culture,organizational systems,and skills training for the smooth implementation of the plan.The expectation of this study is that the recruitment quality and efficiency for grass-roots employees at Longwei Carbon Materials Co.,Ltd.can be continuously improved,and the personnel foundation for the company’s development and growth can be continuously strengthened.Moreover,this study provides a reference for the optimization research of the recruitment system for similar companies in the Northwest region. |
