As a pillar industry in Fengyang County,the glassware industry has its particularity in the staff management mechanism.The important production equipment used in the industry,the kiln,needs to be operated 24 hours a year to ensure the continuous high-quality output of products.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for grass-roots employees.As a key enterprise in the local glassware industry,X Glass Company in Fengyang County has a greater impact on the local economic development.At present,the global business competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the development pressure of enterprise students is becoming more and more heavy.Under this background,it is the pursuit of the industry to improve the level of enterprise human resources management by finding and solving the incentive problems of grass-roots employees,promote grass-roots employees to carry out their own career planning while developing the enterprise,and help the enterprise to provide updated products and better services with the growth,innovation and exploration of grass-roots employees,It is also the key to win in the enterprise competition.In this paper,through the study of relevant literature on enterprise incentive mechanism,X Glass Company in Fengyang County is taken as the analysis subject of incentive mechanism analysis,and qualitative analysis method,interview method and questionnaire method are used as the main methods in the analysis process to analyze the current situation of incentive mechanism for basic employees of X Glass Company in Fengyang County,find out the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism and put forward optimization suggestions.Focusing on the incentive mechanism of grass-roots employees in terms of human resources,the article takes X Glass Company in Fengyang County as the main body of research and analysis.From the basic situation of the enterprise,to the organizational structure of the enterprise,and then to the human resources situation of the enterprise,it comprehensively and carefully analyzes and introduces.Through active communication with grass-roots employees,the company has low compensation and benefits,insufficient refinement of performance evaluation indicators,and lack of targeted employee training The cultural construction has no form and other specific performance,to analyze what shortcomings and problems exist in the practice field of the incentive mechanism for grass-roots employees of X Glass Company in Fengyang County.Combined with literature research,case analysis,interviews and questionnaires,we found that the company has the following four problems: first,the salary and benefits are not perfect;second,the performance appraisal is unreasonable;third,the staff training system is not perfect;fourth,the corporate culture construction is not paid attention to.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that these problems have become an obvious obstacle to the survival and development of enterprises,and are also the cause of the failure of grass-roots employees to maintain and improve their work initiative.Based on the analysis of the above problems,we put forward optimization suggestions.First,we need to improve the salary and welfare system,second,we need to optimize the performance appraisal system,third,we need to improve the staff training system,and fourth,we need to attach importance to the construction of corporate culture,pay attention to each side and take multiple measures.Propose a set of feasible and instructive suggestions for optimizing the incentive mechanism for grass-roots employees.It is hoped that this suggestion can effectively improve the work initiative,creativity and cohesion of the company’s grass-roots employees after practical implementation,and ultimately promote the common growth of the company and grass-roots employees.At the same time,it has a certain reference role for similar grass-roots employee incentive problems in the industry.
