In the era of business economy,knowledge,technology,experience,skills and other elements are the important hallmarks of this era.As the inheritance of these advanced factors of production,talents will become the dominant resources for many enterprises in the future.A good enterprise usally has an excellent team of talents,And the grass-roots workers is the important and major part of this talent team.It is mentioned in Das Kapital that productive forces determine the relations of production.For enterprises,the grass-roots workers who undertake the main production tasks and their own quality constitute the productivity of the enterprise.On this basis,the key members and reserve cadres urgently needed in the process of enterprise development and management pursuing organizational change and innovation also rely on the grassroots class as the cradle of cultivating core talents with high loyalty to complete the talent transfer.So the grass-roots staff as a whole,Its own advantages and disadvantages have far-reaching significance for the long-term development of enterprises,It is also for the above reasons that recruitment management is particularly important when grass-roots employees are introduced into enterprises as fresh blood.PIPE Co.,Ltd.is a large state-owned steel enterprise with military background.After years of development,it has grown into a leading enterprise in the industry.However,in recent years,the introduction of grass-roots employees is not ideal.This paper starts from the point of view of improving the effectiveness of human resource recruitment management.Relying on the Relevant Theories and Element Models at Home and Abroad in the Field of Recruitment Management and Based on the design,distribution,analysis and summary of the questionnaire according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Through the data statistical analysis tool SPSS 20.0 software,43 common factors that affect the effectiveness of recruitment management are reduced and simplified,and 7 common factors are extracted.Then through the regression analysis method,it is proved that,Self quality of two types of personnel to be recruited and participation of employers;How well the recruiters and applicants know each other;Various measures for enterprises to cultivate and promote talents;Precautions for employers in selecting employees;Precautions of enterprises in the stage of employee recruitment and attraction;Attention of enterprisesto labor market and psychology of job seekers.These six factors have a significant impact on the recruitment management of PIPE Co.,Ltd.Finally,on the basis of full combination of empirical analysis conclusions,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the recruitment management of PIPE Co.,Ltd,so as to help enterprises to further improve the introduction,training and retention of talents.
