In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,people’s living condition and life quality has been developing.Meanwhile,disequilibrium and insufficiency of the development still exists between city and rural,internal different areas.Chinese government has carried out the rural revitalization strategy and toilet revolution to solve such questions and content need of better life for people,especially for rural people.Under the background of Five concepts for development which including innovation,coordination,green,open and shared,more and more investors have come into environment-friendly industry.Aimed at the issues have been discussed and followed that occurs about environment and health,especially about how toilets in the rural become health and hygiene for high-height,dry water-shortage areas,somewhere water toilet is unable to use normally.ZYLB company is an company which provide no-water toilet to personage user and organization user.The toilet made by ZYLB company has many advantages such as no-water,environment friendly,no-pipe network,virus interrupting,moving conveniently,using in extreme climate(weather it too hot or cold),which help company to earn some market share.But with the market development,some competitors use low price with not mature technology,fake and impersonation to compete with ZYLB company,such behavior impacts ZYLB company’s benefit and impression heavily.And with the saturation of rural toilet revolution market,how to eliminate or reduce such effects and improve company’s core competitive power is the most important issue for ZYLB company.Based on the development status of ZYLB company,the essay uses theory about strategy management and competition strategy,by using methods of literature and positive analysis,and some basic models and tools of strategic planning and strategic management,including PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Model,Evaluation matrix of external factors and Evaluation matrix of internal factors,also with SWOT analysis and quantitative strategy evaluation matrix(QSPM).Through studying research about competition strategy of other small and medium-size technological company before,the essay aims at studying which the best competition strategy currently for ZYLB biotechnological company.Firstly,the paper analyzes the external macro environment of ZYLB biotechnological company using PEST analysis model,then analyzes the industrial competitive environment of ZYLB company through Porter’s Five Forces Model,and summarizes and evaluates the external environment by using evaluation matrix of external factors(EFE).Secondly,the internal factors of ZYLB biotechnological company are analyzed from the perspective of resources and capabilities,and the internal environment is summarized and evaluated by IFE.Thirdly,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of ZYLB company are analyzed in detail,using the SWOT analysis method.Then,putting forward the selection of strategic objectives,and on this basis,through quantitative strategy evaluation matrix(QSPM)to find out the best competition strategy for ZYLB biotechnological company,according to the analysis and evaluation,choosing the differentiation strategy as ZYLB company’s competitive strategy.Finally,make measures which according to the development status of company and executable to ensure strategy carried out,strategic security and the strategy implementation.
