With the popularity of mobile Internet,and the emergence of the big data,the cloud computing,the development of the economy and the Internet technology has fused deeply.The economy of the world has entered a new stage--the mobile Internet stage.The Internet is affecting all the aspects of the life,all Internet,Internet of things,human and things internet,Internet services,all the things internet have become the trend.On the one hand,the wide use of the Internet bring the opportunity for the traditional enterprise for transform and change,on the other hand also makes the competitive environment of the enterprise more intensely and unpredictable.In the face of the arrival of the era of mobile Internet,the traditional enterprise should follow the trend using the thinking of the Internet to reform the enterprise,or will be eliminated if stick to the existing model.In a view of the economy of the whole world,the economy of China developed quickly obviously,such as the large Internet companies,Baidu,Tencent,Alibaba.Besides,the traditional manufacturing enterprise,such as Huawei?Haier complete the transformation in the Internet era and shine in the world market.In contrast,the development of American companies has become too tight.After the outbreak of the financial crisis,the U.S.economy stalled,the transform of the traditional enterprises said of an aged person.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the change and transform of the traditional companies in the mobile Internet era.As an analysis unit of the study of organizational change,organizational routines has received extensive attention from scholars.The existing research mainly from the perspective of dynamic capabilities to study the reason for the update for the organizational routines,the process for the updates for the organizational routines,and the enterprise performance for the organizational routines.There are few scholars from the perspective of the power distance of the enterprise to study the update of organizational routines.Therefore,this paper tries to explore the influence of power distance on the organizational routines from the perspective of enterprise power distance.First of all,this paper reviews the relevant theoretical research,combing the research context of organizational routines and power distance,from the original research to find some relevant research inspiration.Then selecting the Haier in China and the Procter?Gamble Company in United States as a case,through a variety of ways to collect information and to collate and code the data,finally through the analysis come to the following conclusions.The research results show that:(1)the innovation-oriented enterprises are more willing to take the initiative to change,the organization practices update the response speed,organizational routines change is bigger,so the organization practices update large range;(2)the market-oriented enterprise organization practices update very conservative,response speed of the organization's practices update slower,and only the original practice "fine-tuning",organizational routines to update by small;(3)power of innovation-oriented enterprises scattered.When facing the market changes,innovation oriented enterprise managers will be "based on the present,looking to the future" under the guide of time through bold innovation and actively play their own initiative;Employees of innovation-oriented enterprises will be in the interaction with the user's own subjective initiative into full play.In the end,the big change of innovation-oriented enterprises organization practices,"mutation" effect;(4)the market-oriented corporate power is more concentrated.When facing the market changes,market-oriented enterprise managers will be in "look to the past,the focus of the current" time orientation,the use of past experience to play their own initiative,because practice changes the size of the small,thus result in 'gradient'.
