| As the world’s largest carbon emitter,the Chinese government has been putting pressure on itself to improve its high energy consumption and emissions of greenhouse gases and pollutants.Construction industry plays a major role in our country’s economic development,but also has produced a lot of greenhouse gases.Shandong province as one of the big economic provinces in our country,improve its construction industry carbon emission efficiency,promote the high-quality development of construction industry is an important measure to insist on green and low carbon development in our country.Therefore,the study on Shandong province construction industry carbon emission efficiency and influencing factors has great significance to realize double carbon goal.This thesis takes cities in Shandong Province as the research object to study the carbon emission related issues in the construction industry.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the SBM model considering non-expected output,the CO2 emission efficiency of the construction industry in Shandong Province during 2012-2017 was measured.The results showed that there were significant differences in the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry in the study period.During the study period,the average efficiency of high-quality development of the construction industry in various cities reached the maximum value of 0.721 in 2017,indicating that the construction industry still has a large space for development.The minimum efficiency was 0.677 in 2015.From the analysis of prefecture-city level,firstly,the average comprehensive efficiency of Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai,Laiwu,Binzhou and other cities is 1.000,reaching the forefront of production for six consecutive years.The high quality development effect of the construction industry in Tai ’an,Zibo,Rizhao and Linyi is not good,and the average comprehensive efficiency is less than0.500.(2)Based on the social network analysis method,the spatial carbon emission network and correlation of urban agglomeration in Shandong Province were discussed.The results show that plate I is the "main benefit" plate and plays the role of risk "recipient" in the spatial correlation network of carbon emission efficiency of construction industry in Shandong Province.Plate II not only receives the spatial contagion effect of carbon emissions from other plates,but also has the carbon emission contagion effect on other plates.The risk contagion effect within plates is low.Therefore,plate II plays the role of "bridge" and belongs to the "broker" plate.Plate Ⅲ is a typical "bidirectional overflow" plate,which plays the role of "dredge" in the process of carbon emission contagion.Plate Ⅳ,the "net spill plate",plays the role of "exporter" in the carbon emission contagion.(3)Comprehensive efficiency calculation after removing environmental variables.Comparing the results of the first stage and the third stage,it can be seen that the average comprehensive efficiency of carbon emission of the construction industry in Shandong Province decreased from 0.721 to 0.615.However,there is no fundamental change in efficiency,which is mainly manifested in two aspects: 1)the fluctuation range of overall efficiency is small,and the floating trend of efficiency is basically unchanged.2)The first stage and the third stage both show that Jiaodong region has the highest efficiency value and Lunnan region has the lowest efficiency value.As a whole,the efficiency of coastal cities is greater than that of inland cities.As far as the difference between cities and regions is concerned,compared with the first stage,in the third stage,Qingdao,as the economic center of Shandong Province and an important coastal city in China,has matured,its efficiency value has not changed,and the high-quality development efficiency of the construction industry has always been at the forefront of production.The efficiency of Jinan,Zibo,Weifang,Jining,Tai’an and Linyi in the third stage has increased compared with the efficiency of the first stage,and the growth rate of Jinan,Weifang and Linyi is relatively large,increasing by 44.4%,46.7% and 37.4% respectively,which indicates that the low efficiency of the city before is not completely due to the backward technology,but related to the relatively poor external environment.As an old industrial city in Shandong Province,Zibo City has paid a huge environmental price in the past development process,which makes the external environment have a negative impact on the high-quality development of its construction industry.Therefore,in recent years,the cities of Shandong Province have put forward a series of measures to accelerate the development of green economy and energy conservation. |
