With the continuous development of the steel structure industry,the market demand is constantly expanding,and the number of steel structure processing enterprises is also increasing.While facing a broad market,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and traditional management methods can no longer meet the production management needs of enterprises.Companies need to use advanced technology to improve production efficiency and management level.This article takes S steel structure as the research object,designs and implements a lean production execution system,optimizes and improves the shortcomings in enterprise production management,thereby improving production efficiency,reducing waste,and achieving the purpose of enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises.Through on-site investigation of S Steel Structure Co.,Ltd.,it was found that the company still uses traditional manual and paper-based information transmission methods for production management,lacks effective supervision means for plan execution,resulting in weak plan guidance,poor execution,and untimely and inaccurate data feedback.To address these issues,this article conducted research and analysis on production plan execution,procurement plan execution,material distribution,report dashboard,and other aspects,and analyzed the corresponding improvement needs.In response to the needs of enterprise production management,with the help of lean management theory and guided by the production planning management model of project manufacturing,the four-level plan management process(network plan,master production plan,material requirements plan,and shop floor plan)that is in line with the current production situation of the company has been improved.The execution processes of the procurement plan and material distribution process were improved using the 5W1 H and ECRSI methodologies.Based on the improved business processes,a system blueprint design was completed.A three-tier system architecture(basic service layer,business execution layer,and management display layer)was designed in combination with mobile internet technology and system integration technology to implement the design of planning management,shop floor management,procurement management,material distribution,and mobile end functionality.A system integration solution was completed,achieving application integration with existing business systems through single sign-on,message and task integration,and master data integration.The implementation approach of "IE+IT" was adopted,and the system implementation was carried out in five stages: requirement investigation and analysis,business improvement,design and implementation,system implementation,and continuous operation and maintenance.In the IE dimension,requirement analysis and problem diagnosis were conducted to improve the business process,and a visual improvement plan was designed.In the IT dimension,research reports and requirement specifications were prepared based on research results,and system design was conducted according to the business blueprint.Following the methodology of system implementation,basic data initialization,business data initialization,system integration testing,system training,and system launch were carried out.During the implementation process,IE and IT collaborated with each other to achieve continuous improvement based on the PDCA cycle.The implementation of the lean production execution system has been completed,and after four months of trial operation,the inventory of raw materials has been reduced from over 6700 tons to over 4700 tons.The approval process has changed from offline signature to online mobile approval,and the approval time has been reduced from an average of 4hours to an average of less than 2 hours.Task scheduling and collaboration can be distributed and received through the mobile end,greatly reducing the time for problem handling,providing effective support for reducing costs and improving management efficiency for the enterprise.
