The continuous innovation of automation technology has led to rapid development of the chemical industry.The special production environments involved in chemical and physical reactions in chemical production,such as high temperature,high pressure,flammability,explosiveness,corrosion,and high toxicity,have extremely strict requirements for reaction process parameters.Relying solely on manual implementation and monitoring of the reaction process not only poses safety hazards,but also has low production efficiency,which is not conducive to the longterm development of enterprises.Therefore,automation transformation of old equipment can not only reduce the risk factor,but also improve production efficiency,reduce costs,and improve product quality.However,due to the complexity of automation transformation projects in the chemical industry,most enterprises face problems in project management such as unreasonable project planning,lack of project management experience for project managers,unclear allocation of responsibilities,and lack of quality standards and specifications for projects.When evaluating the performance of automation renovation projects in chemical enterprises,there is no complete and applicable project performance evaluation system,which cannot accurately identify problems and optimize the management of automation renovation projects.In order to improve the level of project management in the automation transformation of the chemical industry,taking the automation transformation project of S Chemical Plant as an example,the performance evaluation of the automation transformation project in the chemical industry is studied.Firstly,the Delphi expert survey method is used to determine the performance evaluation index system for chemical industry automation renovation projects;Then,use Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of evaluation indicators;Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of the automation renovation project of S Chemical Plant.The performance evaluation results of the automation renovation project of S Chemical Plant are basically consistent with the actual situation of the project,indicating the effectiveness of the evaluation system established in this article.The research in this article not only provides an effective solution for the performance evaluation of the automation renovation project of S Chemical Plant,but also has certain reference significance for solving the management problems of the automation renovation project in the chemical industry. |
