Research On Financial Strategic Management Of Coal Enterprises Under The Transformation Of New And Old Kinetic Energ

In the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of the 2035 Vision Goals,it is mentioned that "we will build a modern energy system,promote the energy revolution,and build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system","we will speed up the green transformation of the development mode,vigorously develop the green economy,transform and upgrade traditional industries,and promote the clean and efficient use of coal and other fossil energy".All these policies highlight the need to transform and upgrade traditional industries,accelerate the transformation of old drivers of growth,accelerate the transformation of the traditional economic growth model,fully implement the new development philosophy,and actively foster a new development pattern.In the enterprise strategic management,financial strategic management is a very key foundation,the smooth operation and development of enterprises and financial strategic management is inseparable.In the face of the new normal of economic development,how to formulate development plans from a long-term perspective,rely on the coordinated promotion of financial strategies,steadily carry out transformation and upgrading,and achieve high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises has become an important topic to be studied and solved.As a representative of traditional economy,coal industry faces severe pressure of transformation and development under the background of current economic development.In this thesis,combined with the policy background of the transformation of old and new driving forces,the coal enterprise as a case study,through the combination of theoretical discussion and case analysis,to explore the actual application of financial strategic management to the case of the enterprise,scientific and reasonable financial strategic management can become a powerful tool of enterprise strategic management,boost the enterprise to achieve high quality development.In this study,Y Mining Group’s current financial strategy management situation is analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the financial data,internal and external environmental factors in the past five years,comprehensively using SWOT analysis model,financial strategy matrix,case analysis and other methods,Y Mining Group is systematically analyzed and the new trend of sustainable development is studied.On this basis,the financial strategy choice of Y Mining Group is determined,and suggestions on financial strategy optimization from five aspects are explored and proposed to help coal and other energy enterprises formulate scientific and efficient financial strategies and complete transformation and upgrading in an orderly and steady manner.
