Cultural And Creative Product Design Of Miao Costume Patterns In Shidong Town

Inheriting the excellent ethnic culture is the trend of the high-quality development of the cultural and creative industry,and it is also an inevitable requirement to meet the human society’s yearning for a better life.As the historical mark of the miao people,Shidong Miao costume is full of profound cultural connotation and ethnic spirit.It is a challenge to inherit and protect and transform to the popularization.Using cultural and creative products as the communication medium of culture is a way to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.This study is based on the design of the creative costume culture products of the Miao people in Shidong Town.The purpose is to improve the current situation of homogenization and simplification of Miao cultural and creative products with cultural and creative products as the carrier,and to innovatively design cultural and functional products.Mainly take historical documents,field investigation and other research methods,to comb the relevant data collected,through the analysis of regional wen gen product design principles and methods,the shi hole miao dress patterns in representative miao dragon design,fish design,bird design and Spring Festival and product innovation,finally completed with "miao interest" as the theme of wen gen product design practice.This study tries to open up a new path for the development and innovation of Miao costumes in Shidong,show the unique aesthetic taste of Shidong Miao costume patterns,and make the audience feel the different style of the integration of Miao elements and modern festival life.
