Research On The Coordination Mechanism Of The Government For The Overall Of The Regional Ecological Environment

The Dongting Lake area is an important foundation for residents to live on.It not only maintains the flood control safety of residents as a huff-and-puff lake in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,but also is the core area of ecological protection,which plays an extremely important role in ensuring the safety of the regional ecological environment.The Dongting Lake area is also the habitat and breeding ground of the country’s important wild animals and plants and is one of the country’s important natural environment reserves.In recent years,the ecological environment of Dongting Lake has been deteriorating due to various factors.The destruction of the ecological environment has received great attention from the Party Central Committee and the local government.Implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on "protecting one river and clear water".The "Dongting Qingbo" special action mainly focuses on political supervision,unclear division of main responsibilities,untimely supervision and governance,imperfect legal protection,incomplete rectification of ecological and environmental problems,and anomaly in the operation of power in key links.Under the background of the special action of "Dongting Qingbo",this paper sorts out the problems existing in the coordination mechanism of the overall governance of the ecological environment in the Dongting Lake area.According to the basic idea of "document sorting,theoretical analysis,current situation research,problem analysis,and suggestion",this paper adopts the method of literature analysis,case analysis and system analysis to carry out investigation and demonstration.First,the data related to the overall governance and coordination mechanism of the ecological environment in the Dongting Lake region are summarized,classified and sorted,and a theoretical framework is constructed.Second,analyze the main concepts and theories,and summarize the main viewpoints of the synergistic mechanism of the overall governance of the ecological environment in the Dongting Lake region.Thirdly,it summarizes the basic ecological environment of Dongting Lake,and summarizes the current situation and problems of the synergistic mechanism of regional ecological environment overall governance through the current situation of Dongting Lake ecological resources.Fourth,based on the "Dongting Qingbo" action,it lists the governance coordination mechanism and environmental governance that the government has implemented.Combined with the feedback from the central supervision group,it points out the causes of the current government’s overall governance coordination mechanism.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the construction of a coordinated mechanism for the overall governance of the ecological environment in the Dongting Lake region,hoping to play a certain role in the future governance.
