Mat has thousands of years of history of utility in our country.Mat bamboo block sorting is a vital part of mat production.As the most critical part of mat bamboo sorting machine,the actuator subsystem plays a direct role in mat bamboo sorting.At present,the main factor restricting the sorting efficiency and quality of mat bamboo block in China is the lack of modern and automatic sorting equipment.As result,the sorting work of the vast majority of mat production enterprises in China still stays at the level of manual detection.In order to achieve fast and accurate sorting of mat bamboo,this paper takes the actucator subsystem of mat bamboo sorting machine as the research object,conducting in-depth research on automatic sorting of mat bamboo,and carries out design research and structural optimization on the actucator subsystem of mat bamboo sorting machine.Specific contents are as follows:(1)The overall design of the actucator subsystemAccording to the existing artificial sorting method of mat bamboo block,the components,principles and characteristics of the actucator subsystem of mat bamboo block sorting machine are analyzed,and the needs of mat bamboo block sorting machine and its actuator subsystem are obtained.The overall scheme design of mat bamboo block sorting machine and actucator subsystem is carried out respectively.(2)Mechanism design research of actuator subsystemThe mechanism was selected according to the actuator subsystem scheme,the finite element analysis of the actuator was carried out.Under the influence of the diameter of the air nozzle,the height of the air nozzle and the pressure of the air compressor,external noise flow field,velocity flow field and pressure flow field of the actuator was discussed.The response surface method was used to design experiments and resultant objective function.Particle swarm optimization algorithm was applied to solve the function.The optimization solution set of Pareto frontier was obtained subsequently.Then according to the definition of inflection point,the optimal point is obtained.(3)Research on control design of actucator subsystemAccording to the actucator subsystem scheme,the control components are selected,and the time control strategy is studied.The motion trajectory of mat bamboo block is analyzed,and the minimum speed of conveyor belt is calculated.Then,the problem of air injection timing control is analyzed,the opening time of air nozzle is calculated according to the physical parameters of mat bamboo block.The delay time is calculated by analyzing the timing diagram of control system,and the control software is developed to realize the control strategy.(4)Implementation and verification of subsystem functionsThe actucator subsystem experiment platform of mat bamboo block sorting machine is set up and is classified by system.It is modified in order to realize the function of the actucator subsystem.The high-speed camera system was used to obtain the motion trajectory of mat bamboo slices under certain system parameters.The accuracy of the actucator subsystem design was verified by comparing the experimental trajectory with the simulation trajectory.
