In industrial production and processing,the role of nuts is self-evident.With the development of industrialization,the requirements for nut production and inspection are also increasing.Therefore,it is very important to design a set of automatic nut production and sorting based on machine vision inspection.Compared with the traditional production inspection of hexagonal thin nuts,the blank feeding and the conveying of the workpieces are manually completed,and the pass-stop gauge equipment is used for sorting,which seriously affects the production efficiency.Therefore,this article starts with the design of an automated production line,builds an image acquisition platform for the inner diameter of the nut,uses VBAI software for image processing,and completes the non-contact detection of the nut.The main work content is as follows:The automated production sorting system adopts a modular design consisting of four units of feeding,processing,sorting,and conveying.The structure of the four units is designed and the three-dimensional model is established;according to the difficulties of internal thread collection,a set of The image acquisition platform for shooting in the vertical direction realizes the rapid collection of internal thread images and greatly reduces the detection error caused by nut eccentricity;according to the characteristics of the collected image,the weight of the image gray is adjusted Coefficient to obtain a grayscale image with enhanced contrast and reduce the impact of metal scattering on the image;perform morphological operations on the image after Gaussian template filtering,use the convex hull algorithm to flatten the thread image,and extract the single-pixel image from the skeleton,using edge-based The geometric matching completes the defect detection.
