With the gradual decrease of my country's forest resources,renewable,fast-growing bamboo resources are increasingly being valued.Based on the development of bamboo processing machinery to achieve the goal of using bamboo to win wood,this paper designs a bamboo groove milling and flattening machine.The machine is mainly used to flatten the bamboo material that has been removed and split into two halves.The bamboo groove milling and flattening machine improves the production efficiency of bamboo flattening through the integrated processing of feeding,positioning,groove milling,flattening and blanking.Using a combination of PLC and host computer to control the entire feeding and flattening process of bamboo can realize the automation of bamboo flattening and transportation.This paper analyzes the existing bamboo flattening technology and processing objects,and establishes a mathematical model of bamboo structure and bamboo flattening process;Analyze the influence of the bamboo structure and the bamboo flattening process on the bamboo flattening effect,and determine the processing flow of the bamboo groove milling flattening machine and its overall process requirements;Determine the main technical parameters of the bamboo groove milling and flattening machine;obtain the positioning plan of the bamboo flattening process.Carry out three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the bamboo groove milling and flattening machine to verify the rationality of the structural design.Design the bamboo groove milling and flattening machine.Considering the influence of the bamboo inner diameter and thickness on the bamboo flattening process,design the bamboo inner diameter and thickness measuring device.Considering that the milling and flattening process of bamboo material is multiple and discontinuous,the bamboo material conveying positioning device,the upper and lower groove milling device,the adjusting device,and the flattening device are respectively designed.Using finite element methods to design and analyze the bamboo groove milling and flattening machine.The simulation design software is used to simulate the actual force condition to conduct static analysis on the conveyor and flattening mechanism frame and the upper and lower slot milling device frame,and it is concluded that the conveyor and flattening mechanism frame and the upper and lower slot milling device frame meet the design requirements.The modal analysis of the frame of the upper and lower slot milling device is carried out,and the natural frequency of the frame of the upper and lower slot milling device is obtained,and compared with the excitation frequency,it is concluded that no resonance phenomenon occurs in the working process.According to the analysis results,the frame structure of the upper and lower slot milling device is improved,the maximum stress and strain of the frame of the upper and lower slot milling device are reduced,and the structure is more reasonable.Design the PLC control system of the bamboo groove milling and flattening machine.According to the action sequence of the bamboo milling and flattening machine,analyze its functional requirements and complete its electrical schematic design,hardware selection and touch screen design.This control system can realize the control of the whole machine,so that the equipment can be processed automatically.
