| With the rapid development of China’s economic development,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,enterprises face greater challenges.If an enterprise has advantages only in terms of cost and quality,it will lose its core competitiveness in the market competition.Only by continuously improving the innovation ability and the technical content of products,enterprises can develop in the fierce market competition and establish their core competitiveness.Enterprises should improve the success rate of product innovation and reduce the failure rate of enterprise product development,we need to adopt scientific product development mode and process to improve the success rate of product innovation.This paper summarizes and sorts out the relevant theories of product development,sorted out the concept and framework of integrated product development.On the basis of data collection and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of Z company’s integrated product development,employ the critical success factor method to conduct an empirical study on the factors affecting integrated product development,and discusses the problems existing in the current integrated product development,which are mainly reflected in the difficulties in cross department collaboration caused by the weak matrix organizational structure;the lack of market-oriented demand management process;the imperfect product development process;there is no separation between technology development and product development;lack of effective R&D evaluation and incentive mechanism,etc.The causes of these problems are analyzed in depth.The research is carried out from the aspects of organizational structure,demand management,development process,quality control,performance appraisal,etc.and an optimization scheme is formed.In order to ensure the implementation of the optimization design scheme,safeguard measures are put forward from six aspects: establishing scientific rules and regulations,unified thinking and full participation,effective supervision and continuous improvement,top-level support and scientific decision-making,establishing a good communication mechanism,scientific planning and step-by-step implementation. |
