| With the continuous development and progress of society,the scale of enterprise archives is also constantly epanding and has become an important palt of the national archival system.In the contet of the continuous improvement of social informatization,file informationization is the main direction of future archives management.Enterprise file management put forward the requirements for the development of modernization.The construction of file information is the only way to achieve this goal.It makes full use of advanced scientific and technological means to constantly improve the level of development and utilization of enterprise file resources.The rapid development of the Internet and advances in information technology have brought new opportunities for the development of enterprise archive management as well as greater challenges.Under the current situation,how to seize the development opportunities,face the challenges,to the correct path of archives development,and open up a new situation of archives management in the new era of social development,which is an issue that all enterprise archives management need to seriouslv consider.This article focuses on the enterprise archives information construction to carry out in-depth study,take empirical research methods,select glass manufacturing enterprise archives information construction as the research object.Through the research,it is found that there are mainly the following problems in the informatization construction of glass manufacturing enterprise:lack of attention of leaders,low level of archives information management,incomplete archives information base,lack of organic integration and connection between enterprise archives information system and other information systems.In view of this,this article develops and designs a set of perfect file information management system from the aspects of file data?file information storage,file data query,svstcni maintenance and system auiliary module.On this basis,we should strengthen the information management concept of archives,strengthen the infrastructure construction of archives information,enrich and improve the content and means of archives informatization management,strengthen the construction of infonnatization personnel,promote the construction of archives informatization and establish perfect archives information Standardization of construction system and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Hope that the results of this study can help glass manufacturing enterprises to enhance the level of file information,and promote the rapid development of enterprise information. |
