The Research On The H Private Fund Investing In JR Company

After more than 30 years of development,China’s private equity fund industry has made remarkable achievements,and the number and scale of funds have reached to the forefront of the world.At present,the private equity industry still has the problems of "many but not fine" and "big but not strong",some institutions do not have a strong sense of compliance,the level of standardized operation is not high,and the price of investment projects is often seriously overestimated.A large number of investment projects have been shelved,and it is difficult to withdraw from the unhealthy state,resulting in frequent risk incidents.How to select high-quality projects by private equity institutions has become the focus of attention in the equity investment industry.Based on the perspective of private equity companies,this paper makes an all-round analysis of JR’s pre investment guidance,investment process,investment scheme,post investment management and post investment performance,evaluates the investment case of the project from the three dimensions of investment process,risk control and investment benefit,and analyzes and summarizes the problems in the investment process,Thus,the following case enlightenment is obtained:(1)optimize enterprise financing to achieve win-win value;(2)Prudent risk management to ensure the stability of the system;(3)Innovate valuation model and improve valuation accuracy;(4)The establishment of the judgment standard of the investment value of private equity projects.The main conclusions and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)the case of private equity investment model of Chinas other small and medium-sized companies in the choice of equity financing,Management and Risk Prevention have enlightenment;(2)standardized and innovative investment management can effectively reduce investment risks;(3)private equity investment in early-stage venture capital projects there are greater risks;(4)private equity in the proposed investment project valuation needs to be innovative.3 figures,35 tables,and 65 references.
