Research On Equity Acquisition Of Natural Gas Filling Station Of SW Company Based On The Evaluation Of Investment Value

In recent years,China's economic development level is changing with each passing day,and the degree of economic globalization is also further deepened.This brings great opportunities to enterprises,but also brings great challenges.More enterprises try to actively participate in the world stage of economic integration by means of equity acquisition.Equity acquisition is widely used in various fields all over the world due to its obvious advantages such as expanding enterprise operating efficiency,scale efficiency and improving enterprise income,and more and more successful cases have fully demonstrated its necessity and importance.In addition,investment value evaluation plays an irreplaceable important role in the practice of equity acquisition,which provides an important reference for enterprise decision-making,and plays a great role in regulating the behavior of equity acquisition,improving the success rate of transaction and reducing decision-making errors.Therefore,more and more large and medium-sized enterprises regard the evaluation of investment value as one of the procedures that must be performed in the practice of equity acquisition.The author chooses the equity acquisition scheme of SW company's natural gas filling station as the main research object.By using the research methods of literature analysis,case study and investigation,this paper analyzes the acquisition mode from the perspective of investment value evaluation,clarifies the advantages and risks of equity acquisition,and summarizes the practical application of investment value evaluation in the process of equity acquisition.This paper analyzes the process framework of the selected cases based on the existing domestic and foreign relevant research materials,and explains the role of investment value assessment in the process.Meanwhile,it analyzes the reasons and significance of equity acquisition by comprehensively considering the financial status of enterprises.Nowadays,equity acquisition has become one of the means for enterprises to seize the market and expand the scale.The risk control measures represented by investment value evaluation also need to be focused on.Continuous improvement of the process,method and details of investment value evaluation is the necessary condition for the long-term development of equity acquisition.At last,this paper provides some reasonable Suggestions for optimizing the equity acquisition mode based on investment value evaluation from several different angles.
