Research On The Development Mode Of Embedded Township Industrial Cluster

Township industrial cluster is an important force to promote the construction of small towns and improve the level of urbanization.Its emergence and development is not only the active attempt of practitioners and local governments,but also the inevitable market determines the logic of resource allocation.Market competition is a gardener’s scissors,not a petri dish,and township clusters are not entirely an economic problem.Based on this,this paper takes the "embedding" proposed by Polanyi and Granovetter as the theoretical basis: "Pure market economy is just an illusion that can be pursued but never realized,and economic process is always the result of the joint action of cultural,political and economic forces,namely the so-called" eternal embedding "and" false deembedding ".Based on the framework of relational embedment,structural embedment and embedment orientation,this paper tries to answer three questions: how to integrate and utilize the social relations of villages and towns,how to deal with daily production practice and how to contact external market resources.This research adopts the combination of participatory observation and the interview of qualitative research methods,supplemented by text data,dig the ferry town plastic packaging operation system and development path of industrial clusters,the industry development is divided into entrepreneurship and the emergence of industrial cluster,the production and diffusion,sales of industrial clusters and the transformation of the industrial cluster three phases,They correspond to relational embeddedness,structural embeddedness and embeddedness orientation respectively.In this paper,three conclusions:ferry town,the development of plastic packaging industry to relational embedding as path,the structural embedding as rules as direction,embedded development orientation,but also need to avoid the negative effect of social network,waste of outdated rules and excessive embedding scores,then embedded discuss the market society is a precondition of ferry town plastic industry development;Coordinated development provides continuous embedded operating space;And the embedment in the local society is not necessarily introverted,introverted and wasteful,and carries on the triple reflection of theoretical reserve,narrative level and practical ability.
