Currently,the problem of imbalance and disharmony between regional economic development and ecosystem service capacity in China is becoming increasingly severe,and comprehensive land remediation is urgently needed to improve the service capacity of the ecosystem.However,the increase in arable land area,the coordination of block development,and the increase in villagers’ income are all indicators of steady progress in comprehensive land remediation.Against the background of multiple goals of land remediation and complex methods of promotion,the impact of comprehensive land remediation on ecosystem service capacity is long-term and complex.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the accounting and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)based on land rectification areas.In this study,Jinshan District’s Langxia Town and Songjiang District’s Maogang Town,which are typical land rectification areas in Shanghai,were selected as the research objects.Combining high-precision remote sensing image interpretation and ecosystem service theory,a localized evaluation index system for Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)was constructed.Market value method,substitution market method,and simulated market method were used to collect image data,statistical data,monitoring data,and survey data.The GEP of Langxia Town and Maogang Town in2015,2017,2019,and 2021 was calculated.Based on this,the changing patterns of GEP in Langxia Town and Maogang Town from 2015 to 2021 were analyzed in depth.A multiple linear regression model was established based on the selected influencing factors,and quantitative identification of the factors affecting GEP in Langxia Town and Maogang Town was conducted using multiple linear regression.This allowed the determination of factors that have a positive or negative correlation with the value of ecosystem regulatory services.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Over the six-year period,the GEP of Langxia Town increased by 28.331 million yuan with a growth rate of 2.93%.Among them,cultural services increased significantly,while regulation service value and supply service value remained basically stable.The GEP of Maogang Town decreased by 226 million yuan with a decrease rate of 13.62%.Among them,regulation services decreased significantly while cultural service value increased significantly and supply services showed no significant change.From the perspective of spatial distribution,Guangming Village has the highest ecosystem service value in Langxia Town.The spatial distribution shows a trend from less to more from the town area to surrounding villages.The villages with an ecosystem service value greater than 65 million yuan in Maogang Town are Xinjian Village,Fanjia Village and Xingwang Village.The spatial distribution of areas with high value is mostly in the north.(2)Land rectification activities showed a positive effect on the changes in ecosystem value in Maogang Town and Langxia Town.The trends of GEP over time in both towns were characterized by a decrease followed by an increase.Before the implementation of land rectification activities,from 2015 to 2017,the GEP of Langxia Town decreased by 6.75%,and Maogang Town experienced a decrease of28.91% during the same period.After the implementation of land rectification activities,from 2019 to 2021,the GEP of both towns slowly recovered.The growth rate of GEP in Langxia Town from 2019 to 2021 was 16.09%,and in Maogang Town,it was 9.72%.(3)The analysis of ecological effect influencing factors shows that urbanization process and wetland ecological system area ratio are significant factors that explain ecological system regulation service value.Among them,the large consumption of ecological land caused by construction land expansion during urbanization has a negative impact on ecological system regulation service value.The proportion of wetland ecological systems has a positive impact on ecological system regulation service values.Overall speaking after 2019,there have been some achievements in urban ecological protection and land consolidation management in Langxia town and Maogang town;however,the growth rate is relatively slow.
