Gross Ecosystem Product Accounting With Its Spatio-temporal Evolution Of Shaanxi Province

Shaanxi Province covers an area of about 205600 km~2.The terrain is high in the north and south,high in the middle and low in the west and low in the east.The topography and landforms are complex and diverse,and the climate varies greatly.It is rich in natural resources and is the birthplace of important rivers such as the Weihe River and Hanjiang River.However,Shaanxi Province has a fragile ecological environment.With the liberation of productivity and rapid social and economic development,the ecosystem is facing tremendous pressure.The promotion of urbanization and industrialization has caused irreversible damage to the ecological environment in some areas,which has brought huge challenges to people’s lives and sustainable development strategies.In order to grasp the productivity of the ecosystem in Shaanxi Province,provide a basis for environmental protection,and formulate ecological protection policies in a targeted manner,this article systematically explores the three aspects of product supply,regulation function,and cultural services based on the calculation framework of the ecosystem gross product(GEP).The GEP situation and its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics in Shaanxi Province from2008 to 2018.In 2008,2013 and 2018,the GEP of Shaanxi Province was 10572.99,13549.82 and16420.18×10~8yuan,of which the value of ecosystem regulation functions accounted for87.82%,77.79%and 68.65%,respectively.Compared with product supply and cultural services,the growth rate was slower The proportion has been declining year by year;the value of cultural services accounted for 3.55%,9.65%and 18.19%,respectively,with the fastest growth rate.The ratio of GEP to GDP in Shaanxi Province is 1.55,0.84 and 0.69respectively and the GDP growth rate is much faster than that of GEP.This shows that Shaanxi Province is rich in biological resources and diverse in species.The ecosystem provides the basic materials needed for the development of human society and contains huge ecological value.However,people pay insufficient attention to the ecological protection of Shaanxi Province and the development speed of the ecosystem is related to the society.The national economy is slower than that,and it is necessary to promote the construction of ecological civilization and strengthen the cultivation of the public’s awareness of environmental protection.From the perspective of the spatial distribution of GEP,GEP in Shaanxi Province are unevenly distributed and the overall distribution is high in the north and south and low in the middle.In 2008,2013 and 2018,the GEP of Yulin City was 1861.11,2202.05 and 2569.63×10~8yuan,which were all ranked first in Shaanxi Province;the unit area value was 427.07,505.31 and 589.66×10~4yuan/km~2,respectively located at the end of Shaanxi Province.The economic construction of Xi’an is relatively developed.The value of unit area is 672.94,1078.17 and 1699.18×10~4yuan/km~2,ranking first in Shaanxi and Shaanxi Province;cultural services account for a relatively high proportion of the GDP of the ecosystem and the growth rate is fast.The average annual growth rate of GEP in Hanzhong City,Ankang City and Yulin City were 3.46%,3.31%and 3.28%,respectively,ranking the last three in Shaanxi Province,and the growth rate was relatively slow.Northern Shaanxi and Southern Shaanxi should combine their own development laws,increase investment in ecological protection,carry out sustainable economic construction,increase tourism and cultural activities,and promote the development of eco-tourism,so that the construction of ecological civilization in Shaanxi Province will be radiated with new vitality.The ratios of flood regulation and storage services to GEP are 79.86%,71.16%and62.56%,respectively,which are the largest indicators of all indicators;the ratios of tourism and leisure to GEP are 3.55%,9.65%and 18.19%,respectively,which is the fastest growth rate.Fast indicator.Ecosystems such as forests,grasslands,and wetlands play an important role in flood regulation and storage services.They are key targets in ecological environmental protection and should be tilted in the process of resource allocation.All regions of Shaanxi Province should seize the growth opportunities of eco-cultural tourism,promote the deepening of the reform of related policies,and maintain the growth momentum of GEP to promote the harmonious development of economy and ecology.
