The low concentration coal mine gas explosion suppression PSA concentration technology has become particularly important today when the energy problem is increasingly attracting the attention of all countries in the world.Strengthening the development and utilization of low concentration coalbed methane can not only curb gas accidents,but also reduce greenhouse gases.Compared with other countries,the coalbed methane storage conditions in China are relatively poor.At the same time,due to the complex geological conditions and inadequate adaptive technologies,the overall production and utilization rate of coalbed methane are relatively low at present.For low concentration coalbed methane,many coal mines are pumping and emptying,which has not been used reasonably and effectively,and has caused serious air pollution and greenhouse effect.In view of the existing problems of low concentration CBM PSA concentration technology in the fields of explosion suppression technology,equipment automation and real-time monitoring,this paper designs an automatic control system for low concentration coal mine gas explosion suppression PSA concentration based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC to solve these technical problems.The system monitors the opening and closing of each valve in the concentration process through its self real-time simulation system screen;Explosion suppression refers to the emergency operation made by the system through the alarm system screen display and in case of explosion;During operation,the concentration of coalbed methane is detected.If the incoming detection data fluctuates,the parameters can be adjusted in time to restore it to the optimal working condition as quickly as possible;When the external situation of production or production demand changes,in order to ensure the production demand,the real-time control and optimization of production are carried out by adjusting their own control to ensure the safety and stability of production.PLC can expand the network communication function,realize remote multi platform monitoring and control,and modify and adjust the relevant parameters of the production site remotely.If the equipment is abnormal,it can also alarm and remind through multiple platforms to avoid abnormal regulation only through on-site images,which further guarantees the safety of operators and provides convenience for technicians.The selection of control system is determined according to the research content and control requirements.Through the control of the pneumatic valve at the connection of the adsorption tower in the PSA process and the control of the inlet and outlet valves,the detection data of the feed gas concentration and the gas pressure in the buffer tank in the PSA process are transmitted to the system for analysis,The hardware selection and software programming of the control system further realize the online automatic control of explosion suppression PSA concentration of low concentration gas.Figure 46 Table 11 Reference 94...
