Coal mine gas is a kind of unconventional natural gas existing in the coal seam in the adsorbed state,and its composition is basically the same as that of conventional natural gas,which is a new type of clean energy.Low-concentration coal mine gas refers to methane(CH4)concentration less than 30%coal mine gas,a large number of low-concentration coal mine gas in a certain concentration range is very explosive,will pose a huge threat to the safe production process of coal mines,but emissions to the atmosphere will cause serious pollution to the environment.The rational development and utilization of low-concentration coal mine gas,a clean energy,has great practical significance for achieving coal mine safety and improving China’s energy structure,and it is now known that pressure swing adsorption method is the most commonly used low-concentration gas concentration method in industry at this stage.After familiarizing ourselves with the pressure swing adsorption process,this project uses simulation software to simulate and simulate the pressure swing adsorption process of low concentration coal mine gas explosion suppression.The simulation system takes the configuration software King View 6.55 as the core,and establishes a simulation screen in the configuration software King View 6.55.In this simulation screen,there are variable definition,parameter setting,database establishment,screen animation connection,real-time trend curve,historical trend curve,report,alarm and other functions.The trend curve can dynamically observe the whole process of pressure swing adsorption and the change of time,concentration,pressure and other parameter values,realize the simulation of low-concentration coal mine gas explosion suppression pressure swing adsorption concentration process and real-time monitoring of data,if the value is not within the normal range,the alarm,so as to achieve the function of explosion suppression and ensure the safety of the system in the actual production process.The configuration software King View 6.55 can also be used for network connection or external communication with PLC,so as to realize unattended and remote operation of low-concentration coal mine gas explosion suppression pressure swing adsorption concentration process.After the parameters,animation connections and other settings are completed,the script function of the configuration software King View 6.55 is used to program the pressure swing adsorption process to achieve precise control.In order to ensure the normal operation of the simulation system,the adsorption process of Tower A is used as the debugging object,the simulation system is dynamically demonstrated and data queried,and the final results show that the simulation system can operate normally and stably,basically meeting the design requirements.Figure 37 Table 3 Reference 83...
