| Gas explosion is one of the main disasters happened in the coal mine.It causes huge destruction and has bad social influence.On the basis of gas explosion reaction mechanism research and three hazard theory with accident tree analysis method including qualitative analysis(minimum cut sets analysis and set the path analysis)and quantitative analysis(structure important degree analysis,probability importance analysis and critical importance degree analysis)to analysis the coal mine gas explosion comes to the conclusion that the gas concentration is the main reason of gas explosion.By the experiments with gas explosion network testing system study on the impact of gas concentration to gas explosion,it is concluded that the effect of gas concentration on explosion pressure,the shockwave impulse and explosion pressure rise rate:In the same position from the ignition source,with the increase of gas concentration,due to the shock function of explosion shock wave in pipe,pressure pulse shows a sawtooth change of first rise and then fall;In the same position,the pressure rise rate shows a sawtooth change with the increase of gas concentration;Gas explosion in the range of low gas concentration,the pressure rise rate is growing rapidly,with the increase of concentration in a wider range of concentration,relatively stable to stay high value.At the end of the paper it gives advice of coal mine safety management on how to effectively control the gas concentration. |
